We want every customer to be satisfied. However, because music files are digital products, refunds must follow specific guidelines.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds may be issued if:
  • You were charged incorrectly.
  • A duplicate order was made.
  • The file was corrupted or inaccessible.
• Refunds are not issued for:
  • Change of mind after download.
  • Incompatibility with editing software (unless file error).
  • Misunderstanding of licensing terms.

Process

1. Contact support@cheapbackgroundmusic.com within 7 days of purchase.
2. Provide order details and reason for request.
3. If eligible, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If a file is corrupted, we’ll first attempt to replace the file before issuing a refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing charges with your bank. Many issues can be resolved faster through our support team.

Subscription Refunds

If you subscribe to future bundles or memberships:

• Refunds are not issued for past billing cycles.
• Cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
